So nice! Your monsters...simply awesome. Do you actually sell your original work or do you keep them? And is there some kind of commission list one can get on? Keep it up, you're killing it! Btw I love that you draw the soundwords your own, fantastic!
as much as i like floppies its easier to stay on top of a reading list with digital copies. and i got the darkhorse app how i like it. hopefully i can make it to the nycc this year if i dont feel too intimidated. i know my wife wants to go. im guessing you are more likely to make an appearance there than in boston?
snap! Your wife! I forgot you got hitched! Congrats dude! Sorry again I couldn't make it to the wedding. No pressure on getting to NYC for the con. That cons more stress than it's worth (in my opinion at least). It's more fun just to hit the city itself. I'd like to get back up to Boston for the con and I was hoping to this year, but I don't think it's going to be a possibility. I've got a baby on the way at the end of June.
oh no worries about not attending and thanks for the well wishes! a good deal of our family and friends couldn't make it out due to it being so last minute so we totally understand.
the boston con was actually really huge this last year( to me anyways) and i bet there will be even more of a crowd this year but hopefully they will be a little more prepared for it. so i might want to just go to new york for a visit like you recommend.
and super congrats to you and the lady on the youngster!
Sounds like you guys were in a hurry. That's adorable. That's a good thing(?) that the Boston con was bigger. I think. I'm diggin' the smaller sleepier cons. When I prepare a con tour in the next year or so I'm thinking the south and the west coast.
